This mountain layout uses only 1296 prims and is designed for larger homes or even a village. It uses the newest mega sim surround which really gives it a feeling of being in the Mountains. This design does not have water all around but the mountains make it feel huge! There is a natural river that runs through the entire valley and a good sized swimming area on the beach end.
This is a 4 Season Homestead. Tenants can change the seasons themselves whenever they want using a special HUD we give you when you purchase from Willowdale Estate.
